What time of day on Tuesday do they change the Leaderboard on Bejeweled Blitz?

12:00 PM EST|||3:15 EST|||I'm not entirely sure, I don't know anything about the game. I'm sorry I couldn't be any more help to you.|||all I know for sure is that it is still the old board this morning and when I get home from work TA-DA it has changed...like magic! :-)
